Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the TwoPeas Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you represent an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you disagree with any provision, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) and legally capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

3. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after we notify you via email or in-app banner. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

4. Subscription, Billing, Refunds

  1. Recurring Billing. Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
  2. Taxes. Prices exclude sales, VAT, GST or similar taxes, added where required.
  3. Trial Periods. Free trials convert to paid automatically unless cancelled before they end. A trial ends on the date shown at checkout or, where checkout says so, as soon as its included trial minutes are used, whichever comes first.
  4. Refund Policy. Full refund within 14 days of first purchase unless your account has accrued five (5) or more minutes of real-time speaking. After that threshold, fees for the current cycle are non-refundable.
  5. Chargebacks. Disputing a payment without contacting support may lead to immediate account termination.

5. Licence & Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights in the Service remain with TwoPeas and its licensors.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs are generated by probabilistic language & speech models. They may be inaccurate or outdated and should not be relied on for medical, legal, or financial decisions. You assume full responsibility for their use.

8. User Content

You retain all rights to content you input or explicitly save (“User Content”). You grant TwoPeas a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and transmit it solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time; residual data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or create risk for us.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless TwoPeas and its personnel from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, TwoPeas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California, USA, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any posted guidelines constitute the entire agreement between you and TwoPeas, superseding all prior agreements regarding the Service.
