Daily check-in
Three minutes that hold the week

A gentle
three minutes.

Coffee in one hand, phone in the other. Your Pea asks how you're doing, notices what's changed from yesterday, and sends you into the day lighter than you were.

Optional daily voice note

Your Pea records a short reflection and sends it — so the routine has a ritual.

There’s a reason the morning journal survives. Naming how you’re doing, out loud, before the day eats you, is a small act with long arms. It makes the bad days nameable and the good days noticeable.

TwoPeas turns that ritual into a voice ritual, which for most people is an order of magnitude easier than a written one. Your Pea starts the conversation — “Morning. How did you sleep? What’s on your mind?” — and you talk back. Three minutes. Then the day.

The optional daily voice note is the other half of the habit: if you have talked in the last two weeks, your Pea can send you a short audio message each day, shaped by the last few days of check-ins. Listen to it on the commute. A companion who starts the conversation rather than waiting.

FAQ

Quick answers

Does TwoPeas send me the daily voice note automatically?

Yes, if you've talked in the last two weeks — one short voice note per day, based on recent conversations. Turn it off anytime in Settings → Notifications.

What time does the voice note arrive?

It follows your local timezone — early morning by default. Quiet hours (10pm–7am) suppress them.

Can I skip a day?

Of course. There's no streak pressure and no guilt. The voice note just arrives; the check-in is always optional.

Does it replace journaling?

It complements it. Speaking and writing use different parts of the brain. Some people do both; some replace one with the other.

Is the check-in private?

Yes. Everything is scoped to your account and encrypted at rest. Your memories stay yours.
